The Educational Development and Community Education Department provides clinical and non-clinical education, professional development, leadership development, and community education across the organization.

Job Requirements :

• Creatively uses adult learning principles and project management skills to design and deliver engaging organization[1]wide education and training for professional development of employees and leadership.
• Translates learning requirements into effective learning solutions and documentation.
• Serves as a resource regarding instructional design and delivery best practices, supportive media, learning management systems, authoring and web tools, and learning technology support.
• Serves as the Support Services educator and provides educational opportunities to develop and enhance written competencies for Support Services and Clinical Support Services.
• Serves as the Administrator of the Learning Management System and other educational activities facilitating education and competency management, documentation, and evaluation.

Requirements :

AA / AS degree with at least 5 years related experience or the equivalent in the Information Technology Field.

o Paramedic, medic, EMT, emergency tech, Respiratory Therapist
