job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science 3 or more years experience in aerospace systems or wiring Willing to travel domestically as needed 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelors degree in electronic and / or electrical engineering 3 years of experience in CATIA V5 / ENOVIA / PDM Experience designing or supporting electrical wire harness installations Understanding of wire separation requirements and other EME considerations Basic ECAT experience
Electrical Design Engineer
Oklahoma City OK / Plano TX / Everett WA
Contract
- Develops and maintains cable / wire harness detail and assembly designs
- Develops basic / complex statements of work metrics schedules and budgets
- Analyzes results and supports design reviews
- Provides engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g. rejection tags production action requests shop revision requests)
- Follows documented processes specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities
- Supports the development of statements of work
- Assists in the technical review of supplier capabilities to facilitate source selection
- Analyzes functional and physical input to assure development of complete integrated design
- Must possess good organizational interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Travel as needed to support various test activities (less than 10%)
