Position : Network Systems Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Network & Systems Engineer to support and enhance our client's enterprise infrastructure. This role combines network engineering, systems administration, and virtualization expertise to ensure a secure, reliable, and high-performing IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support a Cisco-based network, including routers, switches, chassis, and related infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment across the organization.
• Manage and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls, routing, VPN tunnels, and security configurations.
• Oversee Aruba wireless solutions using Aruba Central.
• Administer Windows server environments, including DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory domain controllers.
• Create and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) aligned with company standards and access requirements.
• Provide systems administration for data center hardware, servers, and storage provisioning.
• Configure and maintain VMware hosts, virtual machines, performance monitoring, and resource allocation.
• Support Tier 3 service desk escalations, including break / fix issues and application upgrades.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure environment reliability.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.
