The Medical Suites at Oak Creek has a Great Opportunity a highly motivated and energetic candidate to Join a Fantastic Team!

We are not your typical Nursing Care Facility. We are licensed for 144 beds with 2 rehab units on site and inpatient dialysis.

As a LPN you will work alongside the Director of Nursing / Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care to our residents : Administrating medication and monitoring the resident's vitals, and other tasks as provided.

Openings include : 12 hour shift 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM

Requirements :

• Active WI License Licesnsed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Great customer service skills
• Passion to work with the aging population
• Great communications skills
• Able to work rotating weekends
