Sales Director - Senior Living

An established and reputable senior living community is looking for a Sales Director to lead local outreach, guide families through the move-in process, and maintain strong occupancy levels. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

What You’ll Do :

Support prospective residents and families through the full sales journey — from initial inquiry to move-in

Build strong relationships with referral sources and community partners

Maintain accurate records and track sales metrics

Collaborate with department leaders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Plan tours, events, and marketing initiatives that highlight the community

Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust outreach strategies as needed

What We’re Looking For :

3+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Confidence working with CRM tools and sales tracking systems

A team-first mindset with the ability to lead initiatives independently

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
