Salary : $100,000–$110,000
Schedule : Monday–Friday | 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
About the Role
We are hiring a licensed LMFT, LPC, or LCSW to deliver virtual therapy services across Texas. This remote role offers the opportunity to support individuals and groups through personalized, evidence-based care—all from a secure home-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups
- Create and revise personalized treatment plans
- Apply evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care
- Perform thorough client assessments
- Collaborate with healthcare providers as needed
- Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant documentation
