Licensed Practical Nurse PT

The Avaline at River Oaks, a new assisted living and memory care community in East Memphis is seeking talented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our residents. This is a part-time, hourly position with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs and health status
• Communicate with physicians, residents, and families regarding any changes in health or care plans
• Document all patient care and observations accurately and timely
• Assist with resident care plans, care conferences, and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care is being provided
• Act as a liaison between resident, family, and healthcare providers
• Provide emotional and psychological support to residents and their families
• Participate in continuing education and training to maintain nursing license and stay current on industry standards and best practices
