Overview

Community Manager at RHF (Retirement Housing Foundation) for Mayflower Gardens I, a 65-acre retirement community with 502 apartments across 81 single-story buildings. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, effective property management, and creating a welcoming, active community environment. The manager oversees Social Services, Maintenance, Leasing, and Activities. Approximately 20% of the community is part of the Bond program with an affordable housing component.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Property Management

Oversee all aspects of daily operations for the property, including leasing, resident relations, and facilities management.

Manage leasing activities, including marketing available units, conducting tours, and processing applications.

Foster a positive community atmosphere by organizing and supporting resident activities, events, and services.

Maintain accurate and organized records of leasing, financial, and maintenance activities, preparing reports as required by leadership.

Compensation

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required. The role is considered non-exempt and may be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state law. The anticipated base pay range for the position is $28.00- $30.00 per hour.
