Responsibilities

As part of the Central Valleys largest healthcare system our Information Technology Services team supports the technology foundation that powers patient care across multiple hospitals clinics and administrative this senior-level role within our Desktop Design and Client Services division the Endpoint Solutions Engineer III helps shape and support enterprise endpoint standards that keep our teams connected secure and operating efficiently.

Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Information Technology or related field required

Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree and experience requirements

Experience

4 years of information technology experience in a large enterprise environment required

Experience in designing implementing and supporting endpoint solutions in an enterprise environment required

Experience in Project Management required

Enterprise-level experience in SCCM including :

Work experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting preferred

Enterprise-level experience managing large environments (specifically 9000 physical Windows workstations). This position will be support various desktop environment systems such as VMWare / Omnissa Horizon Microsoft Configuration Manager InTune M365 and Imprivata.

Licenses and Certifications

One of the following certifications is preferred
