Development Transition Community Manager

We are seeking a Development Transition Community Manager with a strong background in condominium and HOA management during the developer-controlled phase. You will work closely with developers, transitioning boards, and homeowners to ensure a seamless shift from development to resident-led governance while maintaining the highest community standards.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing developer-controlled associations, condominiums, or master-planned communities
Knowledge of developer turnover processes, warranty periods, and construction defect claims
Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with developers, luxury homeowners, and boards
Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and capital planning
CMCA, AMS, or CPM designation a plus (or willingness to obtain)
