Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience.
Supervise, motivate, and support staff, including bartenders, servers, kitchen crew, and barbacks.
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure all team members are meeting performance standards.
Open and / or close the establishment, including cash handling, register balancing, and securing the premises.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control in line with company standards.
Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Manage inventory levels for bar and kitchen during shifts, reporting shortages to management.
Train and coach new staff on procedures, policies, and service expectations.
Communicate shift reports and any operational issues to upper management.
Requirements :
Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role in hospitality, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a busy environment.
Must be 21+ and TABC certified (or willing to obtain).
