Schedule and Hours :

Compensation : $100,000 to $121,000 based on Experience, and FTE.

Position Overview :

In collaboration with Physicians, the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is an Advanced Practice / Certified Nurse Practitioner (APRN, CNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) that provides direct patient care, including preventative, primary care, or chronic care services.

Essential Duties :

Graduate Degree in Nursing (Master's or Doctorate)

Graduate Degree (Master's or Doctorate) from accredited program
