Job Description :
Pay Range : $55hr - $78hr
Responsibilities :
- Managing the Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) payroll elements from development to testing to migrating.
- Understanding current state earnings payroll elements and translating to new time card payroll elements.
- Reviewing and validating HCM Data Loader (HDL) files for payroll elements and costing.
- Adding input values, processing rules and balances for payroll elements.
- Creating test scripts and scenarios for each payroll element in addition to payroll processes impacted by OTL.
- Conducting user acceptance testing, validating all calculations and costing and documenting test results for each payroll element.
- Updating and developing migration documents.
- Collaborating with various team members on Payroll Systems, Technology, and HRIT to ensure payroll elements are set up accurately.
- Remediating and re-testing defects.
- Migrating payroll elements in production for go-live.
- Leveraging Smartsheet and SharePoint to document results, provide status update and track tasks.
Qualifications Education Preferred :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or Human Resources or equivalent experience requiredWork Experience :
2 years of experience in a Human Resources, HR Technology, Payroll or Time & Labor systems role.2 years of professional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – payroll and time & labor modules.Other :
Must have good project management skills.Advanced payroll and system analytical skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Customer focused mindset.Advanced proficiency in Excel.Ability to Multi-task and manage workload effectively.Solutions oriented mindset.Strong work ethic.Organizational skills.Working with Smart Sheet is a plus.CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) is a plus.Physical and Mental :
