We have a Global client in Boston is converting over to the InvestOne platform.

Provide business analysis for legacy accounting platform to InvestOne

Evaluate and document operational workflows and perform gap analysis

conversions, load data, reconcile, research, etc

Review and assess fund accounting platform

Research and resolve variances

Identify opportunities for process improvement and redesign

Bring experience for full InvestOne instance optimization

Support fund accounting operations

Load positions and general ledger to InvestOne

Run InvestOne accounting processes

Perform reconciliation using client's reconciliation tool

Post transactions to InvestOne as needed

Produce conversion reporting package for completion
