AdvisaCare is seeking a Full time Home Health Clinical Manager to join our teams in East Lansing, MI. Candidate must hold an active Michigan Registered Nurse License. The right candidate should be self-motivated, well organized, driven, with strong effective communication skills .

Hours are primarily in office 8 : 00AM- 5 : 00 PM assisting with clinical staff education, Field staff training and other duties as assigned. Some travel in the field and to other AdvisaCare offices.

Job Description for Clinical Supervisor

• Assist with education / onboarding & training of clinical field staff
• Supervisory clinical staff shifts and visits
• Some travel within the Advisacare service area is required weekly
• Positive attitude, highly organized team player who is willing to serve as a leader to the clinical team.
