The Position :

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) travels doing labs and dressing changes in the Athens area. The LPN provides primary patient care for specifically assigned patients including assessments, care planning, evaluation and education of patients receiving infusion therapy and / or other nursing services in accordance with the care matrices and best practices in the home or alternate site setting.
