Start Date : pending credentialing for 3 to 6 months with the option to extend

Monday thru Friday, 8am to 6pm

Avg office visits per day 10

Requirements

• OR License
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Board Certified / prefer Oncology Certification
• BLS & DEA
• Computer, telephone; knowledge of Epic and MS Teams, Outlook are helpful.

Hospital privileges are required as the infusion room is a hospital outpatient department
