Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders to execute a seamless recruiting process. Source, engage, and inspire top culinary talentboth active and passive candidates. Leverage innovative sourcing strategies, social platforms, and industry networks to attract the best chefs. Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future needs. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on market trends and talent availability.

2+ years of experience recruiting for culinary roles (Executive Chefs, Culinary Directors, Chef Managers, Regional Chef Managers, etc.). Experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations is a plus. Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years of experience in positions that include recruiting and filling positions.
