Position Summary

Inspect product (detail fabrication machine parts or assemblies) to customer engineering drawings specifications supplier quality requirements and Perfektas Policies and Procedures using appropriate inspection equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect product to customer purchase order (P.O.) engineering requirements and the production planning.
• Record inspection results using basic inspection measuring methods and equipment (calipers micrometer pin gages etc).
• Monitor and review Customer Supplier Quality Requirements to ensure compliance.
• Ensure that First Article Inspections (FAI) are performed per applicable time period work orders and documented per customer and company procedures.
• Ensure all defects are recorded on proper form and sent to the MRB crib for segregation and disposition.
• Maintain Six S (6 S) training.
• Comply with Perfektas Policies and Procedures per Perfekta Inc. Employee Handbook.
• Notify immediate supervisor of any safety hazard you see in your work area.
• Notify immediate supervisor of ideas that you think would help improve your department or company.

Immigration Compliance Plan

The Company policies include a commitment to non-discrimination based on race national origin and immigration status.
