Senior Program Manager

Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years' experience delivering consulting services to global technology leaders in the US, is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to support our client's Strategy & Planning team in the Partner Performance & Experience organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing project plans, driving deliverables to completion, and ensuring accountability across stakeholders. You will bring structure to complex initiatives, ensure follow-through on priorities, and help align business objectives with measurable outcomes. Working across multiple functions, you'll also lead KPI tracking and reporting to measure program impact and ROI.

Key Program Ownership

Own end-to-end execution and management of strategic workstreams from planning through delivery. Partner with cross-functional teams to design, create, and implement business-critical initiatives. Collaborate closely with communications managers and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency across messaging. Lead KPI metrics tracking by working with analysts to measure revenue growth, operational efficiency, and other key success metrics. Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Core Responsibilities

Optimize existing resources and teams within the organization to more effectively design, build, and deliver strategic initiatives. Understand key business drivers and organizational imperatives to clearly articulate priorities to stakeholders. Deliver structured execution frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational goals, strategy, and measurable outcomes. Establish governance for consistent reporting and stakeholder engagement, leveraging tools for planning, communication, and documentation.| Review project requirements and statements of work to ensure completeness and alignment. Engage effectively with senior-level leaders to progress projects and maintain accountability.

Must-Have Qualifications

10+ years of project / program management experience, with at least 5 years in senior roles. Significant experience working in a fast-paced tech environment. Skilled in metrics, measuring, and tracking ROI within programs. Proficiency with project planning tools, specifically Asana and Airtable (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

Project / Program management certifications (PMP, PgMP, SCRUM Master, or Prince2 Practitioner). Change Management certifications such as ProSci.
