A company is looking for a Technical Product Manager with deep Salesforce expertise and experience in building enterprise SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities :
Own the product roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs
Engage with enterprise customers to gather requirements and translate them into product specs
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities for engineering
Required Qualifications :
BS / BE degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
5-7 years of experience in Product Management, with strong expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud, configuration, customization, integrations)
Knowledge of Excel-based workflows or productivity platforms (Office 365, Google Workspace) is a strong plus
Proven ability to manage B2B SaaS products serving enterprise customers
