Job Responsibilities- Administer anesthesia for various procedures, including general, orthopedic, neurosurgical, and pediatric cases.- Monitor patients pre- and post-operatively, ensuring optimal anesthesia care.- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.- Utilize advanced techniques such as spinal anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and pain management.
Qualifications- Must hold an active Pennsylvania CRNA license.- Certification by the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) is required.- Proficiency in spinal anesthesia and arterial line insertion is preferred.- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is mandatory.

Skills- Skilled in administration of various anesthesia types : general, spinal, epidural, and regional.- Expertise in managing complex cases and trauma.- Ability to manage ventilation and acute volume / BP issues.- Competency in central line and arterial line placement, and use of x-ray guidance for blocks.
