The Opportunity

We are hiring a Principal Technical Recruiter who can consistently attract Tier 1 engineering talent across Software, Infrastructure, AI / ML, and highly specialized technical roles. This role is heavily focused on sourcing and outbound generation. We need someone who is creative, unafraid to experiment, and skilled at building high quality talent pipelines in fast moving environments. The ideal candidate brings a blend of startup experience and Tier 1 company experience, either in house or through RPO support.

What You Will Do

• Own end to end recruiting for senior, staff, and principal engineering roles with a strong emphasis on outbound sourcing
• Build, test, and optimize creative sourcing strategies using research, competitor mapping, technical communities, direct outreach, and non traditional channels
• Partner closely with Engineering Leadership to define success profiles, hiring plans, and long term technical needs
• Conduct intake calls, candidate screens, and guide candidates through the full process until offer ready
• Develop and maintain talent maps for Tier 1 engineering organizations and competitive companies
• Use data to measure funnel health, track sourcing performance, and forecast hiring outcomes
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and create an equitable, transparent experience
• Serve as a talent advisor to leadership by providing insights on market trends, compensation, and sourcing strategy
• Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at meetups, events, and technical communities
• Mentor junior recruiters or sourcers as the team grows
