Welder & Fabricator – 2nd Shift (Full-Time)

Location : Carolina Metal Recyclers (CMR) – Garner, NC

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 4 : 00 PM – 2 : 00 AM | Weekends as needed

Pay : $18–$23 / hour (based on experience)

Carolina Metal Recyclers (CMR) is hiring a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our 2nd shift operations. This is a hands-on role in a tough, outdoor scrap yard environment where you’ll perform a variety of welding tasks to support equipment maintenance and repair.

If you're experienced with stick welding and have the grit to work in a heavy industrial setting, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform SMAW / stick welding to fabricate and repair metal structures and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine welding requirements
• Inspect completed welds for structural soundness and quality
• Assist with general equipment maintenance and repairs when welding is not required
• Maintain a safe work area and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Note : This is a fully outdoor position in a rugged, scrap metal environment.
