Within our manufacturing facility in Lubbock, TX, Leprino is seeking a Plant Accounting Supervisor to move our organization to even larger levels of cheese and dairy ingredient growth! What You'll Do :

• Financial Reporting & Controls : Ensures accurate, timely plant financials through audits, inventory controls, data analysis, and adherence to accounting procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Leadership & Team Development : Leads and develops the Accounting team, manages staffing, enforces policies, ensures training completion, and fosters a positive, safe, high-engagement work environment.
• Payroll & AP Oversight : Supervises Kronos processes, maintains accurate payroll and accounts payable records, supports weekly payroll, and manages vendor / AP interactions.
• Budgeting & Analysis : Contributes to budgeting through analytical reviews, variance analysis, and financial forecasting to support plant operational decisions.
