Do youhave a background in successfully handling a collections dispute process from beginning to end?

Are you able to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals?

Have you developed a proficiency with office management tools (e.g. Excel, SAP Microsoft Office Suite, etc.?)

Do you have thetenacity and perseverance to see an objective through to completion?

Have you been successful in documenting status updates / details to present to stakeholders?

As our? Collection Associate , you will perform a variety of credit collection tasks related to our branch operations including initial contact with customer, request action / follow-up appropriately, and record disputes. Disputes are facilitated by you as you coordinate with the appropriate parties.

You will?bring?5+?years of?relevant?B2B Collections expertise and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field.?You will use?the knowledge?gained when obtaining your?associates'?degree in a related field or an additional 10+ years of experience. Proficiency in SAP / Excel / GAP is required to be successful in this role.

The hiring range for this role is $73,800.00 - 101,500.00. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
