As a critical component of the research ecosystem, we provide essential infrastructure, services, and expertise, handling operational complexities from participant recruitment and tool management to governance and knowledge sharing. In this opportunity as a Senior UX Participant Recruiter, you will : Partner with Research teams to recruit and schedule participants for various method research studies in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. Manage multiple concurrent studies / requests effectively. Manage the expectations of all stakeholders with transparent and proactive project statuses, resource requirements, and prioritization. Use internal lists as well as external vendor tools to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Collaborate effectively with your fellow Research Ops team and continually look for ways to optimize our ways of working. Adhere and inform others of policies and ethical codes for conducting research at our company. You are a fit for the role of Senior UX Participant Recruiter if your background includes : 4+ years' experience working in Research Ops, specifically participant recruitment. Strong understanding of research ethics and privacy regulations. Excellent communication skills and thrive in an environment where collaboration and attention to detail are key. Self-motivated, detail oriented, and ability to manage multiple projects at once. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent time management skills.
