Position : Studio Manager

BODY20 is currently seeking a top-tier leader for the position of Studio Manager (SM) at one of our fast-growing studios. As part of the leadership team, the Studio Manager will oversee daily operations, sales, profitability, staff development, brand consistency, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Support studio operations and profitability in collaboration with the Franchisee.
  • Lead development, training, and support of sales staff and coaches.
  • Achieve performance metrics including revenue, inventory, payroll, and maintenance.
  • Attend meetings and webinars, ensure proper staffing within budget.
  • Host staff meetings and plan monthly events.
  • Maintain a clean, operational facility.

    • Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience with proven results.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field, with 3+ years of management experience.
  • Experience operating revenue of $600,000 or more annually.

    Compensation : $55,000 - $85,000 per year
