EMR Policy : EPIC Experience preferred, training completed in orientation Return Traveler / staff Policy : If a core staff member leaves, they need to wait 1 year (12 months) prior to returning and should be ran through HR prior to submission Education Policy : All allied candidates must be able / willing to provide proof of HS level education (regardless of secondary education). This is a strict requirement. Sparrow Hospital ER : requires EPIC and trauma L1 experience, ACLS, BLS, PALS, ENPC, NIH, and TNCC. This is a strict requirement. Certifications may NOT pend beyond contract start. Modules : Modules are non-billable, 5 hours should be margined for outside of 12hrs NBO Modules are completed pre-start, and can vary by specialty Modules are self-reported Submittal Details : #Tier2 Travel ComplianceCompliance Expectations : Document due date is the Tuesday prior to start. RN License Policy :  MI License must be active by start date.
