Key Responsibilities
Manage and enhance the Customer Success Platform (CSP) and associated tools to align with organizational objectives
Develop and implement customer journey playbooks and workflows to improve onboarding and retention
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support team growth
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations or a similar role
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Advanced administrative experience with Customer Success Platforms (e.g., ChurnZero, Gainsight)
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools
Experience in creating and optimizing customer journey playbooks
