Location

On-site position at the Newark, NJ office work directly alongside a collaborative team in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Job Description

Represent clients in immigration, criminal defense, traffic, and occasionally family law and personal injury cases.

Handle daily court appearances (often virtual) and manage a varied caseload.

Conduct client intakes, consultations, and maintain open communication throughout the case.

Review and manage discovery, case files, and related documentation.

Draft and file legal complaints and obtain necessary records, such as medical documents.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive case handling.

Participate in training and development programs to advance your legal expertise.

Qualifications

Active bar license in New Jersey (relocation assistance available)

Bilingual in Spanish

Strong organizational and communication skills
