Position Summary

The Coat Check Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service by managing the coat check area at events ensuring the safety and security of guests belongings. This role involves greeting patrons efficiently checking in and out coats and personal items and maintaining a clean and organized coat check space. The attendant will also handle cash transactions and assist guests with inquiries contributing to a positive experience at the venue. Attention to detail strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

This is a seasonal role from November 24 2025 and will end on February 18 2026.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.00 and is tip eligible

This position will remain open until February 18 2026.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction : Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist them with checking in their coats and personal items.
• Item Management : Efficiently check in and out coats and belongings ensuring accurate tagging and tracking.
• Organization : Maintain a clean and orderly coat check area arranging items neatly and securely.
• Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests questions and concerns in a friendly manner.
• Cash Handling : Process payments for coat check services handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Security : Ensure the safety and security of guests items monitoring the area for any suspicious activity.
• Assistance : Help guests retrieve their items quickly and efficiently during peak times.
• Communication : Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise.
• Policy Enforcement : Adhere to venue policies regarding items allowed in the coat check and inform guests as necessary.
• Reporting : Document any lost or damaged items and report them to management as needed.
