Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Systems Integration Lead Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on overseeing the integration of complex systems, ensuring they work seamlessly across platforms, and aligning technical solutions with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands‑on experience in system architecture, integration strategies, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, design, and implementation of system integration projects across multiple platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth system interoperability.

Develop and maintain integration architecture, strategies, and best practices.

Identify potential risks or issues in integration projects and implement solutions proactively.

Oversee testing, validation, and troubleshooting of integrated systems to ensure performance, security, and reliability.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on integration processes and tools.

Document integration designs, workflows, and operational procedures for reference and compliance.

Ensure integration projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of experience in systems integration, enterprise architecture, or related fields.

Strong understanding of system integration methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

Hands‑on experience with APIs, middleware, cloud platforms, and enterprise software solutions.

Proficiency in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex integration solutions.

Experience with project management and leading cross‑functional technical teams.

Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Familiarity with industry standards, compliance requirements, and security protocols.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.

Experience with modern integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar platforms is a plus.
