Job Description :

Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented  Care Coordinator  to join our client’s team. This full-time, contract-to-hire position offers an excellent entry into a dynamic healthcare environment with significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Data Management :  Collect and maintain up-to-date patient information, including demographics, insurance details, and healthcare provider contacts.
• Patient Tracking :  Accurately log and monitor patient data, using tracking systems to ensure thorough follow-up with healthcare providers, billing, and internal departments.
• Scheduling Coordination :  Manage and coordinate schedules and paperwork across departments to ensure efficient operations.
• File Management :  Process and organize documents, retrieving and distributing files as needed while maintaining confidentiality.
• Customer Interaction :  Provide support via phone, greet customers, and verify receipt of client orders and documents.
• Cross-Department Support :  Assist additional departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations and a positive client experience.
