Job Description

• Tailor Treatment Plans : Assess patients' requirements and craft individualized therapy strategies to help them realize their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and everyday tasks.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Guide Patients and Families : Educate patients and their loved ones on therapeutic techniques to ensure continued progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment : Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track.
