The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated passion for coaching and mentoring, in-depth knowledge of consumer and real estate lending regulations, and a proven track record of accountability and goal achievement. A minimum of 10 years' experience in retail banking, with a focus on consumer and real estate lending, is required, along with management experience and a preference for those with a background in commercial lending.
