Project Manager I

What you will be responsible for :

We tackle big problems, you￢ﾀﾙll drive the timely delivery of assigned strategic technology programs across different countries, delivering them all the way from Ideation to Completion

You'll work with geographically distributed teams across the world - spanning North America & Europe

We work as one team so you will assist team members to ensure program goals are achieved on time and within budget

You￢ﾀﾙll own issue and risk management for your program, solving problems and working to remove impediments to both the team and the overall release

You￢ﾀﾙll work closely with all stakeholders at all stages of the process to obtain buy-in and progress program milestones

We￢ﾀﾙre all about engaging with people, you￢ﾀﾙll complete regular reports on program status and ensure they are of the highest quality for executive review.

You'll ensure that the top level strategy and OKRS (objectives and key results) are tracked, reviewed and managed to drive real change across the organization. You will work with senior stakeholders to analyze, track and report on strategic metrics

Strong record of delivery and execution against strategy. Capable of managing and switching between multiple areas and activities without losing speed

Drive production of high quality program plans, ensures adherence to plans, reports on progress and maintain delivery schedule

Proven ability to deliver on projects across different geographical areas

Previous experience within Technology as a program manager

Demonstrated ability to follow and implement program management methodologies

Exposure to IT processes, services and systems

Experience in Fintech or Payments industry preferred
