Job Description : Responsibilities :

  • Initiate Due Diligence Requests : Support engagement owners in launching ACDD initial assessments and renewals.
  • Monitor and Manage Shared Inbox : Oversee the ACDD shared mailbox, triaging incoming requests, routing inquiries to appropriate stakeholders, and maintaining response logs as needed.
  • Access Roster Reviews : Conduct periodic reviews of access rosters to ensure appropriate system permissions are maintained.
  • Record Organization and Retention : Assist in organizing historical ACDD documentation, ensuring alignment with retention policies and preparing records for audit-readiness and compliance reviews.
  • Monitoring : Participate in monitoring activities related to compliance with the Anti-Corruption program and provide support and ensure follow through on corrective actions.
  • Reporting : Deliver ad hoc and regularly scheduled reports to relevant stakeholders to assist in tracking ACDD status.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Strong organizational and oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask by managing and coordinating multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in compliance, legal operations, or administrative support preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with third-party risk management tools (e.g., Aravo, ServiceNow, Third Party Manager) is a plus.
