About the Role We are seeking an experienced End-User Solutions & Training Lead to support the rollout and hypercare of our cutting-edge Digital Lab technologies.
This role will focus on training delivery, end-user adoption, change management, and support activities in a scientific and technical environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership with a solid understanding of training design, scientific systems, and stakeholder management in global environments.
What You’ll Be Doing Lead implementation of training strategies, including eLearning modules and in-person / classroom sessions.
Collaborate with trainers, facilitators, subject matter experts (SMEs), and learning teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Support user readiness and adoption across scientific and technical functions.
Drive hypercare phase activities including triaging tickets, managing communications, coordinating issue resolution, and handling escalations.
Work closely with support teams and end users to ensure a smooth post-launch experience.
Gather and analyze end user feedback, support data, and usage metrics to inform feature improvements.
Collaborate with product and technical teams to define new or modified system functionalities.
Contribute to project delivery using Agile and SAFe methodologies.
Support timelines, task tracking, cross-functional collaboration, and risk mitigation activities.
Support change initiatives related to the adoption of new tools and technologies.
Develop and execute change management strategies in collaboration with organizational change experts.
What We’re Looking For Proven experience implementing training programs for end-users, including eLearning and in-person delivery.
Hands-on experience with hypercare or post-rollout support models.
Strong project coordination skills, preferably in global programs.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific, engineering, or technical discipline.
PMP, SCRUM, SAFe Agile and / or Organizational Change Management (OCM) certification is preffers Experience working in scientific R&D or lab environments.
Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in regulated industries.
Ability to work on-site in either Tucson, AZ or Pleasanton, CA.
