As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. You will support a secure environment by monitoring assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents within the location, following established protocols. Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and / or emergency responders as necessary. Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points as required by site protocols. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as directed. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
