Accounts Payable Lead

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Lead to oversee the full-cycle Accounts Payable function within a high-volume healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Accounts Payable team to ensure efficient processing of vendor invoices and payments

Administer corporate card programs and manage travel and expense systems in compliance with company policies

Serve as the Accounts Payable subject matter expert during ERP system implementations and maintain vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience

7+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience in a healthcare environment

Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role managing high-volume AP operations

Proven experience with outsourced AP services and corporate card programs

Hands-on experience with major ERP systems, preferably Workday
