JOB TITLE : Clinical Program Coordinator
STATUS : Regular Full-Time

Ultimately, you will play an important role on our Patient Services Team as a trusted resource for patient care and the overseeing of the staff and administrative duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Implements and supports the practice mission and strategic vision within their respective departments.Handles confidential information requiring professional discretion and compliance with protected health information, data integrity and security policies.Responsible to engaging, tracking, monitoring, and keeping overall compliance of patients in their program : These may include, but are not limited to TMS, Spravato, Ketamine, Genetic Testing, EEG, and others.Responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive program.Maintains visibility and strategizes with clinic leaders on each clinics referral pipeline to identify and implement strategic plan to build clinical programs.Monitors, reports, and strategizes KPIs and Performance in conjunction with Medical Director and Operations Officer.Serves as the administrative and insurance requirements subject matter expert on clinical services.Works with insurance go gain approvals, confirm benefits, track prior authorizations and all other requirements.Helps resolve any clinical-quality problems.Manages the required annual compliance training program courses and course completion.Other clinical or administrative duties as assigned to meet practice needs.QUALIFICATIONS : High School Diploma | State of Nebraska Current License (State Registry Good Standing) | CPR Certification Preferred | Proficient in Phlebotomy & Injection Skills | Proficient Medical Terminology | Familiar with EMR Systems | Familiar with Microsoft Platforms
EXPERIENCE : Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
