Position Summary

The Pollstar Live! Ambassador will a ssist Oak View Groups Media & Conferences team in preparing and executing Pollstar Live! 2026. This temporary part-time position offers hands-on experience in event and conference management within the live entertainment industry with exposure to multiple functional areas including operations sponsorship marketing and programming.

This is a temporaray part-time role from April 13 2026 and will end on April 16 2026.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $17.05.

This position will remain open until March 6 2026

Responsibilities

• Assist attendees with purchasing and picking up conference credentials.
• Provide accurate information on sessions schedules and venue locations.
• Verify and scan attendee badges for entry and exit in panel rooms.
• Support setup and maintenance of panel rooms ensuring panelist and speaker needs are met.
• Assist with conference load-in and load-out logistics.
• Serve as a first point of contact for attendee inquiries and issues escalating concerns to senior staff as needed.
• Support theSponsorship and Marketing teamsby :

Assisting with sponsor activations signage placement and brand visibility checks.
