Machine Technicians are responsible for repairing and maintaining production equipment while adhering to quality and safety procedures / regulations in a fast paced work environment.

We are hiring one (1) on second (2nd) shift and one (1) on third (3rd) shift. Hours are shown below :

2nd shift : Monday - Saturday - 1 : 30pm - 10 : 00pm with OT and Saturday as needed

3rd shift : Monday - Saturday - 9 : 30pm - 6 : 00am with OT and Saturday as needed

This position may require the employee to work in excess of 40 hours per week. Overtime is scheduled based upon individual job responsibilities and the needs of the department.

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean work environment at all times.
• Adhere to quality and safety procedures / regulations.
• Complete work assignments in a timely fashion with minimal direction.
• Recommend process improvements ideas.

Jel Sert Company is committed to pay transparency and will provide further compensation information during the interview process. The minimum compensation for the Machine Technician is $32.00 per hour. For the 2

nd

shift opportunity, the shift differential to be paid for all time worked on 2

nd

shift is an additional $0.50 per hour. For the 3

rd

shift opportunity, the shift differential to be paid for all time worked on 3

rd

shift is an additional $2.00 per hour. Compensation is determined by a candidate's experience, education, skills, training, and the internal equity within our organization. Actual compensation to be paid will be determined upon an offer.
