Lead Team Coach
Responsible for leading and coordinating the daily operations of the multiple support areas to ensure reliability and consistency on the execution of department's KPI's. Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material / production needs. Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.
As the Lead Team Coach, you will work on-site in McAllen, TX, supervising an operation, business unit, or part of a production facility to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery, and safety. You will ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards and manage a team of front-line hourly manufacturing employees.
