Plumbing Design Engineer - Healthcare - P2S

P2S has an exciting opportunity for a Plumbing Engineer with 5+ years of experience designing plumbing systems for new buildings and renovations within the healthcare market-including hospitals, medical office buildings, and support facilities such as central plants. Work Schedule : Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

Salary Range : $120,000-$150,000, based on experience

Career Level : Mid-level

General Responsibilities

As a Plumbing Engineer, you will lead medium to large-scale healthcare projects from all perspectives-technical, administrative, and financial. You'll apply advanced design principles, perform complex calculations and modeling, and prepare construction estimates and specifications. You'll also manage project budgets, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to business development efforts.

Design & Project Execution

• ? Independently plan and execute plumbing design projects
• ? Apply advanced engineering concepts to solve complex problems
• ? Prepare construction estimates and specifications
• ? Review submittals, produce meeting reports, and lead construction meetings
• ? Troubleshoot operating systems and perform peer reviews
• ? Attend job walks and contribute to proposal development
• ? Travel to job sites for evaluation and data collection
