Position Details :
- Full-Time : (3)- hr NIGHT shifts 7 : pm - 7 : am w / rotating weekends

Your goals and objectives include :
Handle all inbound calls for the hospital's primary intake line, and route calls internally when necessaryReview hospital-to-hospital transfer requests and staff with on-call psychiatrist for admission.Collaborate with admissions & nursing teams regarding incoming admissions.Ensure timely and accurate documentation.Escalate transfer declines to direct supervisor or administrator on call.Actively encourage and maintain the hospital's waitlist for admissionsCoordinate telehealth requests from contracted hospitals to dispatch on-call telecrisis team for behavioral health assessments.Schedule patients for the hospital's outpatient services.Qualifications
Your Qualifications and Requirements will include :
Valid Utah RN license or license authorized to practice in Utah REQUIRED.Preferred (1) year of experience working in a psych inpatient setting and detox preferred, but NOT REQUIREDMust be at least years of age and able to pass a background check & drug screenAbility to multitask with creative problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high customer service / interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively prioritize workflow (triage)
