• Patient Volume : 1820 patients / day

Shared Call Schedule : 1 : 4

4 physicians currently in the market

Group maintains an active compliance program

Facility Tool : Uses MD Coder for efficient, compliant charge entry and billing code support

Compensation & Employment

Medical Director Base Salary (Full-time) : $200,000 (guaranteed)

Staff Physician Base Salary (Full-time) : $180,000 (guaranteed)

Bonus Structure :

Once threshold is met, provider receives 70% of billings

Full-time physicians typically earn $230,000 to $425,000+ (salary + production bonus)

Employment Type : W2 for full-time

1099 available for part-time directly through hiring entity
