Spring 2026 Graduate Intern, Equity, Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging Executive Office

The ACLU seeks a Graduate Intern in the EDIB (Equity Diversity Inclusion and Belonging) department of the ACLUs National office in New York. This position is hybrid.

Qualifying applicants must currently be matriculated graduate students and must be based in the U.S. for the entire duration of the internship.

What Youll Do :

The intern will be responsible for providing administrative support advancing programmatic efforts and working on designated special projects.

Your Day to Day

• Collaborate with the Director Equity and Inclusion to plan and organize a twelve-week EDIB program gaining insight into program management and participant engagement.
• Coordinate day-to-day logistics for EDIB events including scheduling communications and resource preparation to ensure smooth program operations.
• Assist with data collection and evaluation efforts for EDIB programs helping to track attendance gather participant feedback and contribute to program assessment and improvement.
• Support special projects and initiatives of the EDIB team applying problem-solving and organizational skills in a dynamic team environment.
