Description :

Start Date : (2 weeks from offer for compliance requirements).

Shift 4x10s 08 : 00-18 : 30; M-F w / call 1 day during week which is rotating and every 5th weekend and during a 5 week period. There is two three-day weekends one being Sat-Mon and one being Fri-Sun off.

Certs REQ : BLS, ACLS, (CCI RCIS or ARRT R)

Is on-call REQ? Rotating weekday and every 3rdweekend
